WheelPrice Purchase Protection Plan

Receive your item as described or your money back

At WheelPrice, we understand the importance of trust and confidence when buying and selling wheels. Our Purchase Protection Plan is designed to ensure a safe and secure marketplace experience for both buyers and sellers.

Buyers and sellers are covered under our Purchase Protection Guarantee when a transaction is conducted through the WheelPrice platform. Items eligible for purchase protection will display a banner stating, "This item is covered by Purchase Protection," under the item’s description.

How It Works For Buyers

Shipping Deadline: If a seller fails to ship the purchased item within 5 days of the transaction, the buyer can contact our support team to request a full refund.

Payment to Seller: Sellers will only receive payment once the buyer confirms that they have received the wheels which signifies the completion of the transaction.

Item Issues Upon Delivery: Any issues with an item received upon delivery are covered under the following terms.

What Is Covered

  1. The wheels received are not as described or have undisclosed damage that did not occur during shipping.
  2. An incorrect wheel is received.
  3. The wheels are not received at all.

What Is Not Covered

  1. The item is prohibited by WheelPrice.
  2. The buyer doesn't like the item.
  3. The wheel doesn't fit the buyer’s car due to miscalculating fitment.
  4. The purchase was made using a payment system outside of the WheelPrice platform.
  5. The buyer modified or used the item after receiving it.
  6. The item was reported stolen after being delivered.
  7. The buyer reported the issue more than 3 days after the item was marked as delivered.

How to Use It

Within 3 days of receiving the item, the buyer should file a dispute to the seller within the WheelPrice platform or directly to an email

  1. If the seller does not respond or if you are unable to reach a resolution with the seller, please contact us. We will assess the situation based on the information provided by both the buyer and seller. In cases where a dispute is escalated to WheelPrice support, we reserve the right to issue a refund to the buyer if a transaction is found to be in violation of our terms of service. Additionally, WheelPrice serves as the final arbiter in escalated disputes.

  2. If a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, a full refund will be issued upon successful return of the item to WheelPrice. Proof of return shipping is required, which should include a picture of the receipt showing the return address and tracking number.

  3. WheelPrice may request additional information concerning the transaction(s) and reserves the right to deny buyer requests.

If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding our Purchase Protection Plan, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your trust and satisfaction is extremely important to us.

How It Works For Sellers

In the event that a buyer makes modifications to or uses a purchased item, it becomes ineligible for return unless the seller explicitly states otherwise. This policy serves to safeguard the seller from situations where a buyer alters or uses an item and then claims that it was received in a damaged condition.

We highly recommend maintaining visual documentation, such as photos or videos, depicting the item’s condition until the transaction is successfully completed.

Please be reminded that we retain the authority to issue a refund to a buyer if a transaction is determined to be in violation of our terms of service. Additionally, WheelPrice serves as the ultimate decision-maker in escalated disputes.

This protection is exclusively applicable to items sold through WheelPrice Payments.
