History & Overview

Founded in 1996 as a division of Joe Hoppen Motorsports in Carson, California, Fifteen52 was co-founded by Joe Hoppen (former Director of Porsche Motorsport North America) and Brad Beardow to serve Porsche, VW, and Audi enthusiasts. When Hoppen retired, Beardow transformed the company into a dedicated wheel manufacturer around 2010.

The brand's trajectory changed dramatically through a decade-long partnership with Ken Block. The Fifteen52 Tarmac wheel featured on Block's Ford Fiesta in Gymkhana FOUR became instantly famous and 'jumpstarted' their wheel business. Block's Ford Raptor build pushed Fifteen52 into the truck market with the Turbomac HD, their first truck wheel after over a year of rigorous testing with Block.

Fifteen52 also partnered with Porsche legend Magnus Walker, who was frustrated with aftermarket wheel options for classic Porsches. Located blocks from Walker's LA shop, they collaborated on the 52 Outlaw series, documented in Walker's film 'Outlaw Fever.'
